Assistant QAQC Manager

Our client is a leading developer of mixed-use properties in the Philippines

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure project compliance with external/internal quality requirements.
• Monitor QA/QC personnel performance at project sites.
• Enforce adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines.
• Implement and monitor Project Execution and Quality Control Plans.
• Supervise non-destructive testing with the external CM Quality Manager.
• Verify site activities comply with relevant codes and standards.
• Conduct random inspections of quality procedures and approved test plans.
• Coordinate with consultants/site leads on quality issues and NCR closures.
• Manage QA/QC documentation (test results, certificates, inspection requests, NCRs, etc.).
• Ensure quality control documents are included in as-built handover files.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Civil, Sanitary, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid PRC license (board exam passer).
• 5+ years of QA/QC Assistant Manager experience (developer, contractor, or consultancy).
• Experience in vertical and horizontal projects
• Proficient in quality standards, codes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
