Logistics Park Head

Our client is a pioneering developer of industrial parks in the Philippines.

They are seeking for a Logistics Park Head to join the on-site management team and conduct the project planning, development, and operations of a logistics park in Central Luzon

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing in support of selling and turnover of developed lots
• Oversee leasehold and general upkeep of the standard factory buildings of the organization
• Over-all management of the logistics park – Operations, Utility Services (water and wastewater), Common Area Maintenance, Security, and general area upkeep
• Locators relationship
• Coordination with LGU and relevant government agencies
• Adherence and compliance with all external and internal regulations and policies
• Coordination with utility companies – power and telco
• Budget and Financial Management
• Project management and process improvement
• People / Staff Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least ten (10) years of experience in Logistics and Warehousing and five (5) years in logistics management and operations.
• Proven experience in estate project development and property management of industrial parks.
• Willing to relocate or be based in Central Luzon.
• Graduate of urban planning, architecture, engineering, or in a similar field.
• A licensed engineer or architect is preferred, but not required.
