QS Cost Engineering Supervisor

Our client is a leading developer of mixed-use properties in the Philippines

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor compliance with timely and complete submission of Monthly Reports, including Cost and Change Order Monitoring, Progress Photos, and CM Directors’ Reports.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Cost Engineering Manager to track Percentage of Completion (POC) Certifications, monitor Project S-Curves, and oversee Extension of Time (EOT) requests.
• Review project-specific Cost Monitoring and Change Order Reports, including Supplemental Budgets and Budget Transfers. Collaborate with the Cost Monitoring Team for the Consolidated Cost Monitoring Report.
• Assist in compiling and preparing the Consolidated Cost Monitoring Report.
• Coordinate and reconcile cost-related concerns with the Construction Management Division (Project Managers/Officers/External CMs) and the Accounting Department.
• Monitor and review Change Orders for endorsement and approval.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable college or university equivalent
• Must be a Licensed Engineer
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Monitoring, or Change Order Management.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, analytical mindset.
• Effective communicator with solid interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, results-driven environment.
